We continuously develop new tools and reagents, which we are happy to share.
MicroRNAs are known to play context-dependent roles, and as such, their functionally important gene targets can vary in distinct pathological conditions. Therefore, we developed an algorithm, Bio-miRTa, for the identification of biologically relevant miRNA targets, which enables the ranking of the miRNA candidate target genes according to the biological process of interest.
